Early Intervention Expertise
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center, focusing on early intervention strategies for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans for young children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
- Develop expertise in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and apply its principles in therapy sessions.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients and monitor progress through standardized assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
