Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards of care.
- Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
- Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
- Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Proficiency Test required for additional pay increase).
- Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
- Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
- Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential
- Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
- Ability to work on a team
- $21.00 - $28.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities, including an additional $1/hour for bilingual proficiency.
