Soar Autism Center is committed to providing exceptional care to individuals with autism. As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), you will be part of our interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively to design and implement innovative ABA therapy programs for children aged 2-6.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of individualized treatment plans, incorporating ESDM-informed ABA therapy strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
