Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 2-4 client cases, developing and implementing effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
- Provide direct supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring they receive the training and support they need to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in ESDM specific trainings, expanding your knowledge and skills in applied behavior analysis and contributing to the development of innovative treatment approaches.
- Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar's in-house curriculum, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to conduct direct client therapy and contribute to the development of individualized therapy plans that empower children to reach their full potential.
