Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center in El Mirage, Arizona.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and be committed to delivering individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy aligned with principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting
- Collaborate with clinical teams, including speech, OT, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM approach
- Oversee a team of clients and conduct standardized assessments to refine treatment plans
- Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience in ABA early intervention
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
