About the Role
- Plan, oversee, and adapt naturalistic therapy for children aged 1-6 years in a center-based setting.
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and collaborate with clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health.
- Implement play-based therapy using ESDM principles.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and partner with families to support their journey.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in early intervention and working with young children.
