Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.We currently operate 9 clinics in the Denver metro area and have expanded to the Phoenix metro area this year.This exciting opportunity is a role designed for individuals who are actively in their coursework to become a BCBA and are accruing practicum hours. The Case Supervisor role is intended to prepare an individual to be a successful BCBA upon completing their hours and passing their exam. The role will report to the Partner Clinician at the team member's specific clinic.This role is in-person, and qualified candidates will currently live in the area, or be willing to relocate to the area.What You'll Do : Serve as a case supervisor for 3-4 client cases (15-20 hours / week)Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platformProvide direct supervision to a team of RBTsParticipate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillsetWrite Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT)Training and coaching to be providedMeet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar's in-house curriculumConduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum ChecklistReceive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinicBe a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and PsychologistsConduct direct client therapy (20-25 hours / week)Who You Are : Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program for ABABe within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA ExamDemonstrate excellent time management skills to help effectively plan their timeDemonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapistDemonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planningDemonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapyDesire to learn and grow and accept feedbackWhat we offer : A mission deeply focused on care quality for kids and their familiesCompetitive compensation package commensurate with experienceQuality medical, dental, and vision plansHiring incentivesA company 401K with company contributionGenerous paid time off, including holidays and personal daysOpportunities for professional growth and advancement within a growing organizationPaid unrestricted hoursSoar Autism Center is committed to diversity and inclusion at all levels.
