Naturalistic Therapy Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Naturalistic Therapy Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center, specializing in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
- Implement ESDM-informed ABA therapy strategies in a center-based environment.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.
- Apply ESDM principles in therapy sessions to promote optimal outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients and monitor progress through standardized assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
