We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in helping children with autism and their families thrive.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists
- Provide direct therapy services to children with autism, using evidence-based practices such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Communicate effectively with families, sharing progress and making recommendations for future treatment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in the field
