We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Soar Autism Center.
About the Job
This is an outstanding opportunity to work with young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting, utilizing a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model. As a Hybrid BCBA, you will plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical specialists
- Provide direct therapy services to children with autism and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
