We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in El Mirage, Arizona. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a vital role in helping children thrive through comprehensive supportive services.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments to develop individualized therapy plans
- Create communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- License to practice speech pathology
- Experience working with AAC or desire to learn from our clinical teams
