About the Role
- This position involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children aged 1-6 years.
- You will be responsible for conducting assessments, planning naturalistic therapy sessions, and collaborating with families to support their child's progress.
- A key aspect of this role is supervising and mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.
