What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Therapist position at Soar Autism Center?
We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. As an expert in early intervention, integrated autism care, and play-based ABA methodology, you will design and implement cutting-edge ABA therapy programs for children aged 2-6.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based ABA therapy strategies to promote positive behavior change.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Foster strong relationships with families, providing guidance and support throughout their therapy journey.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
