**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist
Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated OT (Occupational Therapist) with an interest in autism to become part of our interdisciplinary team.

Role Overview:
- Implement naturalistic occupational therapy for children aged 2-6 years in a center-based setting, focusing on autism.
- Craft interventions aimed at improving gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding practices, and daily living activities tailored to the needs of children with autism.
- Perform multidisciplinary assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical areas, including co-treatments with speech therapists.
- Mentor and guide a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to integrate OT goals into their therapy, enhancing their approach to autism care.
- Monitor the progress of clients, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate necessary adjustments to team members and families.
- Collaborate closely with families of children with autism, setting goals, building relationships, sharing progress, and providing coaching and support on their journey.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a similar field.
- Current licensure as a Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in working with children with autism or related developmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to early intervention and integrated care approaches.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for supporting the growth and development of children with autism.
