About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and their families thrive.
Job Responsibilities
- Naturalistic Therapy: Design and execute personalized occupational therapy sessions for young children aged 2-6 years, promoting gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding abilities, and daily living activities.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with ABA, speech therapy, and psychology teams, including co-treatments with the speech therapy team.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide coaching and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding them in integrating OT goals into their therapy sessions and supporting their professional development.
