Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in El Mirage, Arizona. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and their families thrive.

In this role, you will serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will conduct multidisciplinary assessments, create treatment plans with other clinical specialties, and develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
You will collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring client progress, updating treatment plans, and communicating changes to team members and families.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about working with young children and their families. If you have a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program, a license to practice speech pathology, and experience working with AAC or a desire to learn from our clinical teams, we encourage you to apply.
