Key Responsibilities
- Provider Education and Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Soar and local healthcare providers, delivering engaging presentations and educational materials that highlight Soar’s innovative approach to autism care.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with pediatricians, psychologists, speech/occupational therapists, and early intervention providers to establish and strengthen partnerships.
- Stay current on industry trends and evidence-based practices to position Soar as a thought leader in integrated autism care.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the Phoenix metroplex healthcare community.
- Act as a resource for providers by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and facilitating collaboration to ensure seamless patient referrals.
- Community Outreach:
- Organize and participate in local events, such as provider workshops, continuing education sessions, and community health fairs, to promote Soar’s mission and services.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with organizations and community leaders to amplify Soar’s impact.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Provider Relations, summarizing achievements, challenges, and opportunities in the Phoenix metroplex market.
- Collaboration and Internal Alignment:
- Work closely with Soar’s clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment of messaging, processes, and goals.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored materials for provider outreach and community events.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in provider relations, community engagement, account management, or healthcare sales.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, particularly in pediatrics, therapy services, and autism care.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the Phoenix metroplex.
- Experience in autism care, early intervention services, or other pediatric therapies.
- Familiarity with the Phoenix metroplex healthcare landscape, including key providers and organizations.
- Base salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00/year (commensurate with experience)
- Performance-based bonus opportunities, up to 50% of base salary
