About the Position
- This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children aged 1-6 years.
- You will be responsible for conducting assessments, planning naturalistic therapy sessions, and collaborating with families to support their child's progress.
- A key aspect of this role is supervising and mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- You will plan, oversee, and adapt naturalistic therapy sessions for children aged 1-6 years in a center-based setting.
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and collaborate with clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health.
- Implement play-based therapy using ESDM principles.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and partner with families to support their journey.
