Job Title: School Services Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Case Supervisor in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with families, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and contribute to the growth and development of our interdisciplinary clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Supervision: Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases, providing direct supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and participating in Electronic Data Collection platform updates.
- Programming Development: Update client goals and programming, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT).
- Family Support: Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar's in-house curriculum.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Curriculum Checklist.
- Clinical Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Professional Development: Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinicians and other BCBAs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program in ABA-related field.
- Practicum Hours: Within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
- Skills: Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Desired Traits: Strong desire to learn and grow, accept feedback, and prioritize professional development.
