Board Certified Behavioral Analyst - Early Intervention
We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavioral Analyst - Early Intervention to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center, specializing in ABA early intervention services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Develop and implement ABA therapy plans tailored to the needs of young children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
- Apply evidence-based ABA techniques to promote optimal outcomes for children with ASD.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients and monitor progress through standardized assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
