Are you enthusiastic, friendly, and love working with kids? Join our team as a Party Host & Court Monitor at our trampoline park! In this dual role, you will create unforgettable birthday parties while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Party Hosting: Assist with booking birthday parties, greeting guests, setting up decorations, and ensuring that all activities run smoothly. Engage with party attendees to create a fun and memorable experience.Serve pizza, cut cakes, and assist in making birthdays and events special for kids and their families.
- Court Monitoring: Supervise trampoline areas to ensure the safety of guests, enforce park rules, and assist with any concerns or issues that arise during jump time. You must be comfortable enforcing safety rules and protocols to maintain a safe environment.
- Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with questions, addressing their needs, and enhancing their overall experience.
- Safety Oversight: Monitor the trampoline equipment and surrounding areas to ensure all safety protocols are followed and that guests are using the facilities properly.
- Cleanup & Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning duties, including tidying party areas and general maintenance of the trampoline park to keep it clean and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable enforcing safety rules and protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends & some holidays.
