Location: Grandville Michigan
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team and help make our trampoline park the go-to destination for family fun and adventure!
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the trampoline park, ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable experience for guests of all ages.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and inspire a team of employees, creating a positive, kid-friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
- Scheduling: Manage staff & event scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels and efficient operations.
- Money Management: Oversee cash flow, budgeting, ordering supplies, ensuring timely bill payments and responsible money handling practices.
- Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests, especially kids, ensuring they have a positive and safe experience.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe environment by enforcing all safety protocols and ensuring the park is compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle contracts with vendors, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Availability: Hours are flexible - however weekend availability is required*
- Management Experience Required: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or recreational settings.
- Good with Kids: Must have a passion for working with kids and creating a family-friendly environment.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and solve problems on the spot.
- Financial Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, financial management, and basic accounting.
Additional Qualifications:
- Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in another language is a plus, as we serve a diverse community of families.
- Marketing Experience: Familiarity with social media and event promotion to help grow our customer base and enhance guest engagement.
- First Aid & CPR Certification: Training in first aid and CPR is advantageous to help ensure guest and staff safety.
