Seeking a skilled Land & Tenant Attorney to join our in-house legal team.
HEAVY Drafting experience.
MUST have experience going to court.
Landlord and Tenant Attorney - dealing with Leasing issues and Evictions from large portfolio of rentals.
- Going to court, mostly Brooklyn, Queens, NYC and Statin Island.
-Drafting Paperwork
This is a M-F, 9-5 role.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the NYS bar association
- 5-7 years experience and knowledge of L&T, Real estate law.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
