MORTAGE/REAL ESTATE TAX ADMINISTRATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintaining a comprehensive schedule of real estate tax obligations for various state and local municipalities, due dates, and payment methods
· Reviewing and initiating timely real estate tax payments, record cash, and escrow payments
· Updating and maintaining NYC certiorari/real estate tax schedule including tracking refunds and processing payments for cert attorneys
· Servicing, tracking, and maintaining current and accurate mortgage obligations for all properties.
· Maintaining comprehensive mortgage payable database to ensure timely debt service payments, triggering event change dates, and reporting to alert upcoming maturities and pertinent mortgage details.
· Reading and creating abstracts reflecting key data from new and refinancing mortgage documents.
· Entering details to mortgage payables database for monthly payment servicing
· Reconciling ongoing mortgage principal, interest, escrow, and reserve balances to lender statements
· Maintaining, reconciling, analyzing, and updating related accounting spreadsheets as needed
· Acting as backup to online banking transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Excel and Word skills is a must.
- MRI experience a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mortgage and banking related environment combined.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
