LIVE IN Super needed.
Rental building in North Bergen NJ.
-Black Seal license required - BOILERS.
REAC / NSPIRE experience needed.
Spanish speaking.
-Duties include Operate, maintain and repair apartment complex buildings, grounds and facilities.
MUST have plumbing Experience.
-Must be “Hands on” capable of construction activities including mechanical.
-Must have experience in management operations, technical knowledge of multifamily buildings.
-Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential systems.
-Handle turnovers when tenants leave - supervise repaint and any appliance Maintenace.
2-bedroom apartment included

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
