What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Manager/Superintendent position at SOAR Real Estate?
Residence Manager / Super needed for super luxury Highrise building.
Must be very technical with building operating systems.
MUST have Luxury HIGHRISE experience.
Must know how building systems work and diagnose problems.
Comes with beautiful 2-bedroom apartment.
MUST work weekend - getting 2 consecutive days off during the week.
- Manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Develop and monitor budgets related to residence operations and projects.
- Facilitate communication between residents, staff, and external stakeholders to address concerns effectively.
- Implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams within a residential or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles including scheduling and budgeting.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, or ProCore is preferred.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to residential safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and contractors.
- Ability to build positive relationships within the community while maintaining professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
