Quickbooks and Excel Required

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and responding to emails
- Upsell additional services to residents
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to residents
- Assist with facilities management, including coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and working with CMMS software
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of facilities management principles is a plus
