Architect / Project Manager : Managing Construction Project drawings.
A Leading Building Equipment Installer / Serice Provider in need of an Architect with Brue Print experience.
Help oversee construction project drawings and deal with changes to plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction project, working directly with the general contractor as a SUB-Contractor. Dealing with changes to plans.
Managing the plans and blueprints for Commercial Product installations.
MUST be able to read BLUEPRINTS.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish as an Architect.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, as a subcontractor.
- Develop project schedules.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and civil plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
