What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at SOAR(Strengthening Outcomes with Autism Resources)?
SOAR is a parent created non-profit organization providing resources, therapy and guidance to families with autism from diagnosis through the lifespan. We are currently seeking a BCBA who is licensed with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board for our Chalmette location (Soar Southshore).
Job description includes supervising line techs, conducting assessments, develop programs, create reports/treatment plans, and parent training. BCBA will be joining a great team of techs in a supportive environment.
Clinic, home, school or community based ABA are also available options.
35-37 hours per week. Caseload 7-8 clients.
Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
Pay range based on years experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
