SOAR (Strengthening Outcomes with Autism Resources) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing ABA therapy for more than 10 years.
We are currently seeking a management level BCBA who is licensed with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst board. Ideal candidate will have 3 plus years experience in team leading with strong leadership skills, organization skills, staff training facilitation, as well as efficient time management skills. The BCBA Clinical Supervisor will have a case load of (5-7) clients as well as handle day to day operations in the clinic setting over-seeing 2 BCBA’s and our ABA Line Techs. This a full-time salaried position with paid time off.
