What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at SOAR(Strengthening Outcomes with Autism Resources)?
SOAR is a parent created non-profit organization providing resources, community events, education advocacy, adult life skills, ABA therapy and guidance to families with autism from diagnosis through the lifespan for more than 10 years! We are now in our amazing new 8500 sq ft facility that includes a cafe to employ adults with autism.
We are currently seeking BCBAs who are licensed with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst board. Ideal candidate will have experience in team leading with strong leadership skills, organization skills, staff training facilitation, as well as efficient time management skills. BCBA will work Monday-Friday approximately 37 hours per week {one flex day per week after 90 days of employment} to help balance the home life with the clinic setting.
Caseload =approximately 7-8 clients
Job description includes supervising line techs, conducting assessments, develop programs, create reports/treatment plans, parent training and staff development. You must be certified by the national behavior analyst board and hold a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analyst.
We are also offering tours of our center to any BCBA who may potentially be interested in becoming a part of SOAR.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
