This position is part-time (approximately 29 hours per week) but will require a 40-hour work week when filling in for the supervisor.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, cleaning, and restocking reusable packaging. This position works closely with the Process Line Supervisor to ensure productivity, quality, and safety, while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Team Support: Ensure that the team completes its work efficiently and accurately by assisting in leading and supporting our associates, including individuals with disabilities.
- Operational Assistance: Aid in managing the sorting, inspection, cleaning, and restocking process to meet client standards and deadlines. Find opportunities to alleviate bottlenecks and improve efficiency in the process line.
- Training & Guidance: Provide direct guidance and training to team members, helping them develop their skills and succeed in their roles.
- Safety Monitoring: Promote and enforce safety practices that support a secure work environment for all team members.
- Quality: Reinforce expectations set by the Supervisor to meet quality requirements. Perform spot checks to ensure the team meets the client's specifications and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
- Administrative Support: Help with daily scheduling and team communications as directed by the Supervisor.
- Client Communication: When the Supervisor is not present, address client concerns and ensure operational alignment with client expectations as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a similar environment (supervisory or team lead experience is a plus).
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Preferred Abilities:
- Medium to high level of dexterity ability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for long durations.
- Basic mathematical skills related to counting products.
