As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing the supervision and coordination of activities of custodial workforce to ensure that customers receive high quality services that meet all requirements and standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensures compliance with all safety rules/regulations.
- Maintains safe and clean work areas.
- Ensures that safety is emphasized on a regular basis.
- Responsible for conducting safety and quality inspections and directs the necessary measures to resolve any deficiencies or shortcomings.
- Requests repairs and changes when required.
- Works with custodial staff to be sure that their work always meets quality standards according to the scope document.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- Supervisory experience in a custodial environment or with a work crew.
