Duties:
- Achieve goals and objectives
- Identify new opportunities and potential customers
- Inform clients and assist them in fulfilling their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Engage in contracts and pricing discussion with clients to optimize sales revenue.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve sales goals
- Experience in business development and expanding customer base
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
