Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of community programs aimed at individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives to ensure they meet the needs and goals set for the Individuals .
- Create and manage budgets for various programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including families, service providers, and local organizations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Engage in administrative tasks related to program reporting and documentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in DDA programs is essential.
- Minimum of 5 Years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management related to program operations.
- Experience in relationship management with diverse stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
- Supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively.
- A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if equivalent experience can be demonstrated.
- Familiarity with administrative processes within community service settings will be beneficial.
