Our organization currently provides pediatric service to clients from 2-21 years old, and we are searching for individuals who are passionate about serving others. Under the direction of the ABA Directors, the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will design, implement and oversee the delivery of behavior intervention programming for children and adolescents with Autism. The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in ABA including, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. The BCBA will oversee implementation of services to ensure treatment quality. Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and oversight of behavior technicians working with clients
- Assist with training and competency checklists for new and existing behavior technicians
- Prepare and conduct team meetings
- Assist with disciplinary action documentation and meetings of behavior technicians
Clinical Responsibilities:
· Adheres to professional and legal requirements, principles of ABA
· Implements 1:1 ABA programs to children and adolescents with Autism
· Provides supervision of behavior technicians, ensuring treatment quality
· Participates in training activities as needed
· Ensures timely preparation and completed progress notes to meet funder requirements
· Introduces and trains new programs under direction of ABA Director
· Manages and updates client’s programming
· Conducts VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS or other curriculum adopted by SOH
· Develops functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans under guidance of ABA Director
· Assists with daily changes/update to the schedule
· Delegates stimuli prep and other programming tasks to Lead RBTs
· Implements and oversees safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients
· Attends all relative meetings for clients, demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team
· Maintains client confidentiality
· Communicates regularly with coworkers, supervisors, and other health care professionals to foster a collaborative environment
· Attends meetings, trainings, or meetings as needed to acquire further knowledge
· Maintains active BCBA certification
Education/Experience:
· Master's Degree in Psychology or other relevant degree
· BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
· BCBA OK Licensure
· Valid, current Oklahoma Driver's License

· Familiarity with EMR and billing systems for therapy services (preferred)
· Pediatric experience (preferred)
· Experience with Raintree (EMR System), Synology (preferred)
Environmental Hazards:
· Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.
· May be exposed to clients displaying socially undesirable behavior.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
· Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
· Ability to walk, stand, stoop, reach, kneel, handle, finger, grasp, talk, see, hear, feel, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Competitive pay based on experience. Guaranteed hours are guaranteed unless SOH is closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
