We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service in a gas station and convenience store environment. Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately for customer transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries.
• Assist in stocking shelves and coolers and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, back of house, fuel stations, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall experience for customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a convenience store or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for stocking and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be over 21.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
