We're seeking skilled Member Advisors to help us deliver on our mission. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing teller transactions, opening new membership accounts, completing consumer loan applications, and providing general account information and support the overall operations of the branch.
As a key member of our team, you'll identify members' financial needs and offer Soarion Credit Union products and services to fulfill those needs. You'll also strengthen relationships with members through face-to-face or phone conversations, cross-selling and up-selling credit union products and services that meet identified needs and maximize retention.
You'll be responsible for processing teller transactions, opening new membership accounts, completing consumer loan applications, and providing general account information and supporting the overall operations of the branch. You'll establish value-added relationships with members, understand their financial needs, and offer solutions for those needs.
A few of your responsibilities will include accurately processing financial transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, processing consumer loan applications according to Credit Union and regulatory compliance guidelines, and providing members with general account information regarding their account balances and transactions performed.
