We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments at The Moraya Bay Beach Club. Responsibilities include formatting and printing weekly menus and promotional materials, handling incoming calls and other communications, updating the member website, and programming on the Jonas point-of-sale system while greeting members and guests on arrival. Additional duties include ordering operational supplies and maintaining office conditions. The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to employees and management, ensuring that all invoices are processed and paid on time. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, using Canva and Jonas software, and thriving in a slow-paced environment , maintaining focus and quality in all tasks. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to clerical duties, and a positive attitude are key to success in this role. The candidate should also be comfortable with routine tasks and consistency while supporting management and staff with Jonas inquiries and maintaining the membership database. Our ideal candidate can work part-time around three days a week. The Club is open 7 days a week so we are willing to accommodate a schedule as long as the work is completed promptly. Apply Now!
