We welcome you to join our collection of prestige private clubs in North Naples, Florida. The Beach Club at Moraya Bay is part of three private clubs of Soave Hospitality Group, Inc., a Southeast Michigan-based firm. Our clubs include all the amenities of a five-star resort, clubhouse, restaurants, beaches, tennis, and more. The Club at Moraya Bay is looking for a Seasonal Beach Server. Summary : Responsible for providing daily beach services to our members. To oversee and participate in daily beach lounge chair set up and breakdown and offering food and beverage, chair, umbrella, and towel service to club members and their guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. We are looking for someone to work 3 to 4 days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Using the ATV to move chairs and operating it consistently within established safety guidelines
- Ability to provide beach service to established operational standards and procedures
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding beach equipment and menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Take food and beverage orders from the members
- Follow all safety, lifting, and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned

This position regularly requires long hours working on the beach and frequent weekend and holiday work. Works shifts are 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM with most weekends required.
