The Club at Kalea Bay offers five-star resort features, including pools, tennis courts, and two restaurants : Salt & Oak and the Driftwood Café. We are looking for a seasonal server who would thrive in a hospitality / culinary environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to members and guests while maintaining an innovative and creative environment! We are looking for Servers to join our team in the winter season ending in June and working about 20-30 hours a week.

- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Check on members and guests periodically throughout their meals and attend to their requests.
- Take food and beverage orders from the members on the order-taking pads or on the handheld Point of sale (POS) system.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned.
