We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly organized full-time team member to serve as a liaison between our company and the assisted or independent living communities we support to join our growing team.

This role requires traveling between locations around Orlando: Oviedo, Ormond Beach, Deltona, Lake Mary, and Longwood, FL. Reliable transportation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, relaying needs and requests to admin team
- Host and manage community events to enhance resident involvement
- Collaborate with on-site marketers to increase resident engagement
- Attend resident meetings, town halls, and morning meetings to maintain visibility and alignment with team goals
- Provide in-services and educational sessions for residents
- Maintain Sobe Rehab program follow-ups to address resident needs and concerns
- Coordinate and manage patient intake paperwork (fax, text, and organize documentation)
- Serve as the onsite emergency contact for our company
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
