Must have New Homes Sales Experience and must be or have sold for a national home builder. Qualified candidates must have strong presentation, negotiation and prospecting skills, high energy level, enthusiastic, hardworking, highly motivated, organized, tenacious, detail-oriented and have strong listening, communication, closing and problem-solving skills. Candidate must be able to meet sales goals.
Computer skills and proficiency with the Internet are a must.
We are looking for energetic, experienced real estate professionals to join our new home community in Naples.
New Home Consultants Key Duties and Responsible (not limited to):
- Selling new homes to prospective buyers
- Qualifying prospects
- Conducting presentations
- Working with new home buyers throughout and following the home buying process
- Building/developing relationships with Brokers/Realtors in the community by inviting them to visit the community and homesites, escorting them through the community, homes, homesites and amenities.
- Implementing broker relationship programs, visiting broker offices to present the homes, community and amenities being offered
- Marketing and self-generation of leads and traffic
- Processing required documents and reports accurately
- Maintaining/record keeping of customer information
- Ensuring sales environment is maintained in excellent condition at all times
- Coordinating sales presentations
- Performing inspections of model and spec homes to ensure they are kept in good viewing condition.
- Opening and locking model spec homes at the beginning and end of business days
- Shopping other residential communities to understand competitor’s products and amenities in order to be able to compare and contrast them against ours
- Taking prospective Homebuyers to view available lots and assist Homebuyers in selecting a homesite based on Homebuyers perceived needs such as, but not limited to, lot size, location, orientation and surrounding areas.
- Experience, Skills and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Real Estate Sales License
Valid Driver’s License
PLEASE NOTE: Annual income potential (100-200k) is based on sales commission.
