Key Responsibilities
Duties And Responsibilities (How):
- Manage the contract life cycle since the beginning until the final completion and contract closeout.
- Validate the Request for Approval process submitted by Construction Management Contractors.
- Validate the contract is being executed in accordance with the commercial, legal and technical conditions defined by the parties.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractors’ performance and compliance and take appropriate action to ensure that all parties are meeting their obligations.
- Ensure, with the support of the assigned cost controller, the execution of the contract in accordance with the planned costs.
- Guarantee, with the support of the assigned scheduler, the execution of the contract in accordance with the activities defined in the contract execution schedule.
- Monitor, with the support of the PMC team, potential risks arising in the execution of the contract and ensure that measures are taken to mitigate them.
- Generate the Reports defined in Client's contract management procedures
- Responsible for administrative work related to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field of study
- Master’s degree in projects or a relevant field of study, preferred
- 5 years of experience as a Contract Manager in projects in Life Science or similar areas
- Strong Knowledge background in: Contract Lifecycle, Management, Project Control / Schedule, Risk Management, Compliance, Cost Control
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience - 2 years
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Excellent organizational skills
