The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
- Manage calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings effectively.
- Maintain office supplies, organization, and general office upkeep.
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical tasks and correspondence management.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service with a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and calendar management systems.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all communications.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous exp in real estate, sales or admin support role is a plus.
- Bilingual and minimum 4 years of experience in a professional organization required
