Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Installation Helper / Residential New Construction to save the day by working with an HVAC Mechanic to install quality heating and cooling systems for the good citizens of our community. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION HELPER / RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION

• 0-2 years’ experience in Construction, preferably in HVAC
• Willingness to learn
• Mechanically inclined
• Reliable and Dependable
• HS Diploma
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Heatproof & shrinking powers (or at least the ability to work out in the summer heat as well as in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspace)
• Own hand tools
• A desire to prevent HVAC disasters in your community
