Qualifications For a Residential New Construction Hvac Mechanic
- Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 5 years of new home construction experience
- Knowledge of applicable state codes
- Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
- Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
