HVAC Punch Out Mechanic - New Home Construction
Location: Georgetown area
Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. of Delaware is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Punch Out / Residential New Construction. The successful HVAC Punch-out Mechanic has total understanding of all tools and installation practices in residential new construction. They will establish safety guidelines while repairing new HVAC systems, performing heating and ventilation, and installation of various Duct Work. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN / RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION
- 2 plus years of new home construction experience
- Knowledge of applicable state codes
- Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
- Ability to read blueprints a plus
- Driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Own hand tools used by HVAC mechanics
