A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN
ADIMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Residential Service Division. This position will work closely with the Division Manager and other team members to ensure smooth administrative processes, manage office tasks, and maintain efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You arrive each day determined to provide superb service and assistance to the Division Manager and staff members to help keep our office running smoothly.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. Because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, you are never bored! You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Friendly and Professional
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills; able to work with multiple applications.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing and HVAC helpful but not required.
