Responsibilities:
- Provide overall support to attorneys.
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
- Assist with the drafting/reviewing of legal documents.
- Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes.
- Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Record/store client information.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with legal research.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude
